One of the Beckham couple always seems to be in the news, but this time it’s both together. David and Victoria Beckham have decided to move base to the US permanently, which means little or no use of the 24-acre wide Beckingham Palace. The property located at Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire was picked up for $3.87million in 1999 which is now valued at a staggering $27.85 million! But the cost of renovating the mansion over the past 11 years cost the celebrity couple well over the asking value now.

The new owners can expect indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a petting zoo, recording studio, a snooker room, a gym, and state-of-the-art floodlit tennis courts, a garden that boasts of three gazebos in the lakeside, romantic and ornamental themes, each costing $15,485. The garden also features a 52ft garden pavilion with marble flooring that comes with a 4ft barbecue costing $108,390. Together the Beckhams are valued at $194 million. Their other properties a $17 million home at Beverly Hills, a $3.1 million château in France and a luxury apartment in Dubai.
