Only one Aston Martin One-77 left to purchase new
By EDITORIAL STAFF
Bound and determined to get your hands on an Aston Martin One-77? If so, now's the time to get serious. According to duPont Registry, the very last factory-built One-77 is finally up for sale.
The car is located in Tampa Bay, Florida, and its exact build number is not known. According to the report, the first and last One-77, build numbers one and 77, were pre-sold to wealthy buyers expecting them to appreciate in value faster than the other 75 One-77 models created.
In any case, duPont Registry claims there are between five and eight One-77 supercars roaming the streets in the United States, making this one rare Aston Martin. Interested? Better get a move on... and bring along something in the neighborhood of $2 million.
Aston Martin Voyage 55 concept yacht has '007' magic
By EDITORIAL STAFF

Aston Martin, whose name we earlier knew for making high-end luxury cars, is now going to be associated with creating boats with similar degree of high-end styling, courtesy Luiz de Basto designs. The European design house has created the concept Voyage 55 yacht, inspired by the automotive brilliance of the Vantage, Rapide, DBS and Virage on to a common ‘boating platform’.
When new boats, ships, cars or anything in the technology space has been introduced in the past, we generally have noticed a pattern of advancements which ascend the laws of science, but this yacht concept from Luiz de Basto designs looks to do nothing of that. It has all the comfort and technical features that the boat of its kind will need, such as the 2-person seating arrangement, space for light luggage, and also the anchor but its main unique selling point will be the designing aspect.
Apart from the ultra-stylish green color and shape, one can see the crafted golden Aston Martin logo on the engine front, along with the head lamps and bow clasp, which was earlier seen in some of the Aston Martin cars. What surprised us the most, was that all of the material used to create the boat has very low carbon foot-print, but at the same time doesn’t use wood anywhere, which is supposedly an integral part of most high-end yachts! At a time when going green seems to be the way, the Aston Martin Voyage certainly shows the way like no one ever did before. The Voyage yacht is currently presented as a concept, hence will allow its customers to add their own modifications as per choice. Sources say that the yacht is ready to order, so one might want to approach Luiz de Basto Designs with your respective orders.

Mobiado CPT002 Aston Martin Concept Phone adds safety to your vehicle
By EDITORIAL STAFF

The CPT002 is
the key to your Aston Martin vehicle,
automatically unlocking the doors as you approach, however this
is just the beginning as the phone also connects directly to the
car display while remaining in your pocket. The CPT002 software
combines with the vehicle GPS providing a new level of social
network experience:
FourSquare will
show your current location as well as the location of your
friends and nearby venues all integrated on a GPS map of the
Aston Martin car display, to help you plan your night and
organize parking locations.
Cameras integrated into the
vehicle can be set to periodically update
FaceBook and Twitter with
pictures, video, and information of passing cities/landmarks
during road trips, or can update your social sites in real time
with your progress during race track days.
At the time of an accident, the vehicle Airbag will receive
accelerometer information from the CPT002 in the driver’s pocket.
These readings will give the car information of the driver’s
acceleration movement from within the car seat, allowing for more
responsive control over safety deployments such as airbag
sequence, timing, and seatbelt stiffening.
Mobiado is consistently guided by
a philosophy of doing things differently, and this principle has
now given rise to the CPT002 Aston Martin Concept Phone. Staying
on the cutting edge of design required the freedom to push the
limits of what a luxury phone can be. The heart of the CPT002 is
the solid sapphire crystal, see-through capacitive touch screen.
The sides of the CPT are
crafted from platinum; they incorporate the battery, electronics,
and SIM card allowing for the screen of the phone to be
transparent giving the phone a simple modern look while
maintaining a luxurious appearance.
The purpose of a concept is to push the
boundaries of invention, allowing concept ideas to be identified
for future production designs. Mobiado’s passion for the
avant-garde is an essential element of its DNA and history, and
the driving force of its R&D strategy.

New Rapide the four doors Aston Martin
By EDITORIAL STAFF

Yes, Aston Martin is James
Bond's favorite brand. But for the motor fans, the
House of Gaydon is also the most of British
sportive elegance. It little matters that,
today, the property is from Kuwait, even though the last
born, Rapide, was produced in Austria, or that its V12 are
handmade in Germany. The class and the pleasure of
driving offered by the 4-door with the "double wing"
on the hood are, in the end, the same.
Beautiful from every angle, Rapide is a real sportive machine, but with 4 seats. It is an object of haute couture, developed by the platform of the DB9 coupe stretched by 309 mm and made of 220 hours of work. An exclusive world that is accessed (after the payment of the allowance of at least € 182,000) by singular doors that open at an angle of 12 degrees upward. Get on board is not exactly easy, but the climatized seats are comfortable and do not make you tired even after hours of driving.
Every detail has to be discovered, such as the Bang &
Olufsen's hi-fi speakers with 1,000-watt that stands in the
corners of the dashboard when the stereo is turned on. At the
wheel, in automatic mode ("drive") and the suspension to
"comfort", Rapide is satisfying as a luxury
sedan: a 130 km/h its quiet six-liter V12, stations at
an altitude of 2,300 rpm.
Love the action? Press the sport
bottom, stiffen the suspension and put your hands behind
the wheel, on the shift paddle to unleash its 470 horses.
Performance, precision steering, engine responsiveness, loyalty
in the trajectories are similar to those excellent DB9, but
Rapide's most beautiful part is that
everything can be enjoyed by four.

Harry Yeaggy, the winning bidder from America, is only the second ex-factory owner of the Bond’s ride.
Next Aston Martin will be a Luxury City Car - Watch the Video
By EDITORIAL STAFFGAYDON, England — As expected, the Aston Martin Cygnet has been approved for production in 2011 and will be assembled at the company's manufacturing facility here.
The Cygnet, which is based on the Toyota iQ minicar, was officially unveiled earlier this year at the 2010 Geneva Auto Show, but Aston Martin has been actively promoting the car for 16 months.
The company said it would release details on pricing and
specifications later this year. Press reports in Europe have
speculated the Cygnet will be priced from
$45,000-$75,000.

It is expected that the car will retain the Toyota 1.3-liter
four-cylinder engine from the iQ, perhaps with some Aston Martin
modifications.
